Grand Canyon Railroad - Storage Facility
Williams, AZ | 7,150 sf | $700,000 | 2019

The Grand Canyon Railroad Storage Facility is a design/build collaboration between BEC Southwest and Morfeld Ray Architects.

The project is designed to house several unique and historic railroad cars from the heyday of rail travel in the United States. The storage building is sited on the end of one of the many spur lines on the Grand Canyon Railroad property in Williams, Arizona.

The building is nearly 300’ in length and the width is designed to allow for maintenance work on the cars from either side. It is also designed to fit aesthetically with buildings in the remainder of the Grand Canyon Railroad yard.
