Joan and Diana Hospice House
Kingman, AZ | 9,850 sf | $2.6 million | 2010

This project was a 10,000 s.f. new construction for 12 licensed hospice beds. It required one hour construction throughout with medical gas, commercial kitchen, support skilled nursing services and emergency power.

KRMC has been a long time and valued client since appointing our firm as the hospital architect over ten years ago. We were aware of their desire to construct a hospice home to service the Kingman community, however all of the funds were not available to make the project happen. To demonstrate our appreciation of their loyalty we donated all the Architectural and Engineering services for the Hospice home to ensure that the project would happen.

“Morfeld Ray Architects created a place that imbues the true spirit of hospice...[they] built the home, within budget, and it meets all of our needs and desires. We continually hear from our staff, patients and guests what a beautiful facility this is. Thank you, Morfeld Ray, for helping make our dream a reality!”
