This project consolidated offices that were scattered in several leased spaces throughout the city into one centrally located facility adjacent to other Mohave Mental Health facilities. The 17,000 s.f. building features natural lighting in all offices, an outdoor play/therapy area and a large solar array providing a significant portion of the building’s power requirements.

 

The interior portion of the building contains both large and small group rooms as well as a large training and meeting room which can be subdivided for smaller uses. Staff amenities include a break room with an adjacent rooftop patio, break-out areas and alternate non-public entrances.
