Cottonwood, AZ | 7,790 sf | $1.2 million | 2009

Morfeld Ray Architects was approached by the owner of Northern Arizona Rehabilitation and Fitness to build a new building that would allow NARF to reach its potential. MRA met on numerous occasions with the owners over the next nine months programming and schematically designing the new building. The building provide aquatic therapy services, physical therapy and training as well as athletic training at the facility. The final schematic design called for a two story building with all aquatic and physical therapy on the first floor. There were spaces for athletic training on both the first and second floors. Staff functions such as offices, conference space and a break room were located on the second floor.
