Flagstaff Surgical Associates T.I. - Office
Flagstaff, AZ | 9,570 sf | $1.3 million | 2018

The Flagstaff Surgical Associates was designed to combine two separate doctor’s offices, an ENT and a Urologist, into one space. The practices wanted to create a shared reception, waiting, scheduling and four procedure rooms. By sharing these operational spaces both practices were able to save valuable space and money.

This project was broken into three phases to allow both practices to remain operational during the construction process. Phase 1 renovated an adjacent unoccupied space into the new ENT Suite. One nurse station was designed to be the temporary reception and 3 exam rooms were delayed until phase 3 to allow for a temporary waiting area.

Phase 2 was the demolition of the existing, now unoccupied ENT office, and building the new Suite for the Urologist who at the time resided on a different floor of the building. This phase also built the new shared reception and waiting areas. Phase 3 merged the two suites, removing the temporary partitions that we put in place in the corridors during construction. The final part of Phase 3 removed the temporary waiting area and built the remaining 3 exam rooms.
