Mike is a Principal of Morfeld Ray Architects bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the architectural field, most of it in the healthcare environment. He has extensive experience coordinating complex projects, working with clients and consultants to ensure that design goals are implemented throughout the contract document and construction process. Prior to combining forces and creating Morfeld Ray Architects, Mike was the principle of his own firm Morfeld Associates from 2001-2006. During this period Mr. Morfeld established lasting ties with the rural medical community of Northern Arizona. Working exclusively in the medical field, he provided much needed technical services to the outlying areas of Kingman, Flagstaff, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu, Winslow, and Cottonwood Arizona.

Upon joining the MRA team in March of 2008, Nate has brought a new way of thinking. Taking hold of the Drafting Department, Nate inspired many creative and unique designs that have been highly considered and still talked about today. As a graduate of Anthem College in March of 2008, with an Associates of Science Degree in Drafting Technology, Nate utilized his knowledge on many projects. While at Anthem College, Nate earned a certificate as a Certified Drafter with ADDA. He also enjoys the position of team captain of the inter-office chair racing team and foresees taking his team to the championships.
MRA strongly believes that the success of each project is greatly dependent upon the input of each member of the team. Over the years, we have developed a core team who work cohesively to help bring vision to fruition.
